Service Evolution is a set of software products and hosted software applications that provide an automated service delivery solution, with self-service capability, for Local Authorities.

Service Evolution focuses on automating many of the daily services delivered by your council. This automation starts with a common screen (e-form) that is used by your staff and/or members of the public to initiate a request for service delivery. Through integration modules, the service request is then delivered to your Customer Relationship Management application and your Document Management application. At this point any one of these three applications can seamlessly deliver the service request directly into the back office application used to deliver the service.
