GO Transact is a brand new online transaction service from Gandlake which turns e-forms into transactions. By enabling service requests to be entirely completed online and then sending the information straight to the relevant back office, workflow system or CRM, GO Transact strips away the requirement for council staff to manually key in the information.

Authentication
GO Transact supports both public and private transactions and provides T1 authentication for the latter allowing you to process service requests of a more personal nature online.
Pre-population
Having authenticated an applicant GO Transact uses relevant data already held by the council to pre-populate the e-form reducing the number of fields to be manually completed. This improves accuracy and makes it quicker and simpler for the applicant.
Validation
Go Transact validates responses to ensure the data is in a correct and complete format before submitting. This hugely reduces the burden on your back office staff.
Simplicity and Service
Transactions are streamlined and simplified allowing citizens to do what they need to more quickly and easily. GO Transact even allows the citizen to part-complete the application or service request, park it and return to it later at a more convenient time. Access can also be provided to third parties so the applicant can receive assistance when filling out the form.
