Lewisham Council to drive even more citizens online

In a continuing attempt to encourage citizen’s to interact with their local authority online rather than through expensive channels such as telephone or in person, Lewisham Council has issued its latest annual Council Tax bills with pre registered PIN numbers. As residents receive their bills they can quickly and easily set up their very own secure online account which they can use to answer Council Tax related queries through the web.

Lewisham has over 15,000 registered account users meaning 14% of all households now use the online channel.

London Borough Richmond Online Success

London Borough Richmond experienced a 206% increase in take up of their secure online account provided by Gandlake. A recent campaign proved hugely successful in encouraging as many citizens as possible to sign up for an account. Secure PIN numbers were printed on all Council Tax Bills so that each recipient could activate an account quickly and easily.

Northampton to save money, free up staff time and reduce carbon footprint by encouraging landlords to self serve

Northampton Borough Council has implemented Gandlake’s secure online account for landlords aimed at helping them manage the tenant related payments and correspondence they receive.

Northampton Borough Council use the account to issue notification letters and schedules securely online. It also expects landlords to start using this channel rather than contacting them via the more costly channels such as telephone. This will provide Northampton with extra capacity in their call centre allowing more time to be spent with those in more urgent need of support.

Harrow Council Expand Online Channels with Gandlake’s Housing Rents Online

Harrow Council has decided to implement Gandlake’s Housing Rents Online in order to offer a first rate service to tenants in the area. Already a user of Gandlake’s authentication technology they have added Rent information to the long list of services already available via their state-of-the-art MyHarrow secure portal.

LB Newham Choose Gandlake’s Housing Rents Online

In order to provide excellent service to its tenants and leaseholders LB Newham has chosen Gandlake’s Housing Rents Online solution. The Housing Rents solution will be an ongoing project and Newham will be adding Leaseholder and Repairs services as part of a phased approach.
