Lewisham Council to Feature in October Edition of Insight Magazine
Insight magazine will feature a three page article on Lewisham Council and how they increased customer satisfaction, improved service delivery and cut costs thanks to their work with Gandlake as part of their Customer Service Transformation Programme. The article details the successful project implemented by Abi George, Service Group Manager at Lewisham and her team.
The magazine will be available from 20th September.
