bpha to Implement Gandlake’s Housing Rents Online

Thanks to aggressive pricing and state of the art functionality bpha has agreed to implement Gandlake’s Housing Rents Online solution. bpha considered the Gandlake solution to be more advanced technically than competitive offerings and were impressed by the degree of functionality and the upgrade path of the product especially with regard to e-forms and print management.

Southwark Council at Public Sector Online

Lewisham Council to Feature in October Edition of Insight Magazine

Insight magazine will feature a three page article on Lewisham Council and how they increased customer satisfaction, improved service delivery and cut costs thanks to their work with Gandlake as part of their Customer Service Transformation Programme. The article details the successful project implemented by Abi George, Service Group Manager at Lewisham and her team.

Southwark Council at IRRV Annual Conference

Dominic Cain, Head of Client Services for Southwark Council is a confirmed speaker at the IRRV Annual Conference in Harrogate. The event is held over three days (28th – 30th September) and Dominic will be presenting on the first day. His presentation will cover the radical web programme at Southwark Council and how it sets out to dramatically improve their web channel, with a view to completely refreshing the way in which business could be transacted with their community. Having worked in partnership with Dominic and his team to deliver the authority wide customer account, Gandlake is delighted Dominic has been invited to speak at the conference.
